HRS services Ltd offer a complete fall protection service. We work with the most modern systems such as Uniline Horizontal Safety Lines and Hadrian Safety Rails. This ensures that we provide you with the safest and most practical fall protection solutions possible whilst respecting your budget. Wherever fall protection is required, be it temporary or permanent, we will deliver a solution to meet your needs. HRS design and install safety lines, safety rail systems, eyebolts, guard-rails, walkways and fixed ladders. We can fix direct to metal pitched and single ply roofs. Likewise we can install systems on complex and sensitive structures such as listed buildings. Overhead fall protection systems are now being fitted in many factories and warehouses to protect operatives working at over two meters of height.
Finished fall protection products are always certified to the relevant British and European standards. All work comes with a one year warranty. Our installation teams are all specifically trained and certified for work at height by IRATA
This was probably the most interesting fall protection project we have had to deal with. The overall scale and complexity of the project and the problems to surmount were unique. The Maitreya Project was to be a huge 150 m high Buddha set on a massive concrete plinth. The Buddha was to be built in Northern India and where possible local labour and materials had to be used. The skin of the Buddha itself was cast bronze plates.
The client's objective was to gain safe fall protection access to any point of the structure in the next 1000 years! Each aspect of the access proposals put forward had to be critically analysed in relation to the projected life span, on-going maintenance of the system and how local labour could be trained to safely use all the access solutions. Any systems installed could not corrode and had to be invisible from the ground! Work scenarios looked into was how to physically clean the whole structure and could any bronze panel be potentially cut out and replaced for any reason at a later date.
