Air Sealing & Fire Stopping Contracting WorkWhilst the principles of air sealing are straight forward, success comes from understanding and co-ordinating the air sealing details for the huge variety of modern materials and systems, which combine to form a modern building. HRS will probably have delivered airtight envelopes to similar construction types in the past and are able to install durable, cost-effective solutions. If not, we will have the understanding and contacts to develop a practical way forward.

Should a building fail its first air test, HRS has the skills to deliver a solution. HRS has a 100% success rate in reducing air leakage rates, to below that stated in specifications, after failed air tests. Typically, remedial works take five to fifteen days depending on the extent of works required. Similar success has been gained on refurbishment projects or operational buildings, working at night or with phased work to minimise disruption.
