BREEAM Office Assessments

HRS are fully licenced to carry out BREEAM Office Assessments. BREEAM is the world's longest established and one of the most highly recognised environmental assessment methods.

A BREEAM assessed development can mean improved performance throughout the building's life, a more comfortable working environment and a more environmentally sustainable building.

The assessment criteria is split down into 8 areas, these are:

1. Management
2. Health & Wellbeing
3. Energy
4. Transport
5. Water
6. Material & Waste
7. Land Use & Ecology
8. Pollution

Each section is weighted using a system that has been developed from many years research by BRE, construction industries, and building regulators, to give a final BREEAM Rating.
